Every time when I want to log in Mein O2, it will show like this. It’s been more than one year. The staff in the store can’t solve this problem as well. I have the Homespot contract under this email address that I am using. But also on the website I can’t see any information about my contract. Can someone help me about it?

Thanks for your quick response, but I have another problem. I ordered my home spot online, but it didn’t tell me the mobile phone number of my home spot. I have the contract number(Auftragsnummer) when I ordered. Do you know how and where I can get the information of my mobile phone number for my home spot?

you received a “Tarifinffo” on June 2nd from us.

The landline number is deleted, but the mobile phone number is listed there. You can also use this for registration.

Thanks for your help. I found the Mobilfunknummer, then I went to register page to get registered. But there was another problem coming. It required my persönliche Kundenkennzahl (PKK), but I never got one! I have checked every emails I received and the only letter I got along with the sim card. I still couldn’t find it. Then I wanted to apply for the PKK again, but it required my Festnetznummer ( and you told me it’s deleted). :( Now it became a dead end :(((

So may I ask you to send the PKK again to my address so that I can get registered?
