arrival of prepaid simcard

Hallo comunity. I have a prepaid o2 account and I order a new simcard on saturday since my cellphone got stolen. I recevied an email on monday that the new simcard was on his way. However i havent received anything yet. Do you know on average how long it takes a delivery of a simcard?.

Hi!
The delivery takes up to 5 working days. Wait should wait until Saturday.
Did you check your address before ordering?

Thanks for the information. Yes, i check my address and it is correct. Hopefully i get the simcard soon.
