Hi,

I am using a apple watch . It had the e sim installed and was working fine until I went out of Europe and came back. Now , whenever I try to set up the data plan on apple watch it says, the apple watch plan is already active and whenever I try to order a replacement e sim, it ends with a error. And also it’s showing a one time cost of 39.99 Euros. Shouldn’t it this be free?. Can someone help me with my apple watch data plan activation issue.

I have had a look into your issue. In the meantime you have already activated a new eSIM for your mobile contract. Is it working with your apple watch now?

I have removed the esim from my watch. Which I will not use anymore.

And when ever I tried adding esim to my mobile, it fails.

Even few minutes back I tried on my mobile, it failed with above screenshot.
