Hi, o2 Team! 
In April I’ve sent by post “Widerspruch” and several reminders for it. All sent by “Einwurf einschreiben” and properly received. I’ve also talked to your support couple of times. 
When can I get the answer? Your financial team is sending payment reminders and threats regularly.

Hello @AnnaLevshina thanks for your first post in our community.Can you describe what happened? What was the widerspruch exactly for? 
Normaly it should be sent by mail and not by post.
Can you describe you request a little bit more?
