Hi, 

So I got a call from O2 in December with a new year offer of discount to my existing contract and agreed to it on call as it was a one month offer. Unfortunately this month I have realised that the O2 has created nother contract along my existing contract and is charging me 56 euros for a basic plan while my plan is 19 euros per month. I would like to urgently terminate this contract but I have crossed the 21 day statutory period of cancellation. Kindly tell me how to terminate this extra contract a s soon as possible.

It's 14 days. Did you not receive an email for the second contract with a link to confirm?


Hi, 

I received something with pdf is german and some activieren thing in january but I did not accept anything or press "jetzt beständig" because I did not know what it was and I don't know german. But it still got activated on 21st of January and cut the fees for it In February.


I did not even receive the sim, it was sent to some other address and probably someone else is using. The bill also has a different address. I really want to terminate this contract.

the best way for you to proceed is probably for you to send in your case via the following form. The important part here, is that you fill out the second page and send it to the address mentioned at the top of the second page. I’m sure a solution for this second unwanted contract will be found.
