Hello, I tried to activate the card, unfortunately after an online conversation via the identity application, my activation was rejected. What should I do ? Is everything so hard to do here?

A red x and an inscription in German about activation rejection appeared in the application. It's strange because I did everything right and at the end of the conversation the lady said something in German and hung up on me even though I asked to speak in English.

Unfortunately, an error is displayed when I try to activate it again via the identity application.exactly what it says is:

Die Aktivierung konnte leider nicht durchgeführt werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut oder wenden Sie sich an die Hotline.

Do you have a possibility to get support if this can only be done in German?
