Adjusting spacing of first name of the account

Hi, I would like to adjust my first name as it is supposed to be two words but the spacing is removed in the between. I need to make it accurate to align with my ID so that I could arrnage opt-in. It seems I can't change it by myself as I am using prepaid. Thank you!

Hi @evaf,

to change your name you have to send a copy of your ID card to o2 via FAX or mail.
