I'm an exchange student.
I made a contract on 25.10.2019 (O2 Free M).
When I signed the contract, I wasn’t informed of international calls from the o2.
They said this contract covers data and calls, even “outside” calls.
It wasn’t a precise explanation for a foreigner.
Furthermore, there was no block or mention about additional cost when I make international phone calls to my family.
Now I have to pay more than100 euros that I wouldn’t have known beforehand.
Can I get compensation about this?
