@o2_Gerrit Can you please check and give me an update? I’ve received no follow up email or anything of that sort. I just want to know if it’s been cancelled or is in process of being cancelled because I’m super stressed about it.

like Bumer wrote it takes some time. To revert the early termination is possible, but it depends on the termination date. If its not in the near future (in a few days) there is a good chance to get it revoked.

I have accidentally clicked on early payment due to lack of German knowledge and now i want it to be cancelled so kindly guide me what am i supposed to do. I noticed it when i got a confirmation letter at my home. Address and i am super confused at the moment what am i supposed to do because I can’t make the payment at once.

If you cancelled your installment plan by mistake you have the chance to withdraw the cancellation within 14 days notice. 

Therefore you will have to get in touch with your customer support by contact form  or call the english helpline:  089 66 66 30 08 1
