Hi there,

I left Germany on January and I can not re-enter there due to this damn covid 19 as you know.

Thus I have no choice but terminate my contract.

I have sent the notice of termination for my contract and I tried to call you many times as you said on your website.

However, I couldn’t reach you so I am writing for your help.

please give me another option to confirm my termination and I hope you well in this hard time.

Therefore, I am happy to help you with the termination of your contract. Did you deregistrate yourself in Germany? In this case please fill out the following termination form: Cancellation because of moving abroad

If you just like to cancel your contract to the end of your contract duration, please use this form: Normal cancellation
