Dear O2,

I ordered new Iphone on 17.02.2924 and typed my address correctly. But the system had changed my address automatically different apartment number! One order has already returned back about this issue. I ordered new one yesterday(22.02.2024) and typed address again correctly and then checked the delivery address, again wrong delivery address. %100 this order will be returned back again too.

O2 has already have my address(invoice address as well) why is changing for each order? I called hotline but they could not changed anything and said that this order will be canceled after the phone returned back. Could someone please help? thanks

I'm very sorry that your order didn't arrive. Unfortunately I also can't explain why the system changes the house number because the correct one is stored in our data system. I can only ask you to delete the cookies and cache once and place the order again. If it doesn't work, can you possibly buy the smartphone in a shop?

Unfortunately this order has returned as same issue too. I couldn’t forward the delivery to the DHL Packstation. If I have a time, I will buy it in shop.

 

But this is so strange, O2 should check the order system, can add option which is “Use current address, invoice address etc.” Just for feedback to improve online shopping.
