i have ordered my phone on the 26 of october, its been almost a month and i sstill dont get an answer!
They were supposed to start delivering on 15th of november, but, its been a week and a half and it is still in “vorbestellung”. 

I have a flight on the first of december to chile, my hometown to visit my parents for a month and i  have to get it this week the latest. I cant wait any longer. I have called at least 20 times, different agents and got different answers.

All promises, nothing serious and no solution at all.

One of the agents, “Gerhar Nicola” told me i will get it beginning of this week yes or yes but it seems it wasnt true, another agent created a ticket for logistics ticket number XXXXXXX, but i still get no change on my delivery status.

I seriously need help and a solution, i have a deadline of this week to get the phone i have pre ordered almost a month ago (26th october) and you were supposed to start delivering on the 15th of this month (november), but if i dont get it by this week, i will be forced to cancel the contract.

I have also ordered an iphone for my girlfriend on the first of november and 3 days later i had it with me. in this case, this phone is important, cause i need it for work as well.

I beg you for help guys.
