70 Euro monthly bill...

I want an up grade from 29 Euro plan to an “Unlimited data plan” of 39, i'm paying both now, is too much, please help

Hello @FranHB, please don´t post any personal data from you. I had to delete your pics.

I had a look at it. You booked an option for more data that costs 39,99 EUR that month. I am sorry, that we can´t refund it to you.

As you booked it, we send you an EMail, then you had 14 days to withdraw it.

      Thanks Ines for your reply.

      I dont have internet at home, so I need an unlimited plan on my smartphone.

      On jannuary I saw on the app “unlimited internet fro 39 Euro” so I took it.  But now I have two plans on my smart phone, I think that one is enought but unlimited.  Is tha possible?
