I am experience severe loss in Internal speed in the past week in Bad Homburg 61352.

What I tested:

  • Using 5G router bought from O
  • D-Link 5G Router

My download speed is 0.3-0.6 Mbps! It used to be 20+ Mbps and drops down to 1.5 during the day. At the same time, while my speed from the Router using Home internet is that low, my speed from the phone is at least twice higher! Additionally, the connection is fragile but again on the Routers not phone. That was not a case for the past 2 months. The support says everything is good. Any suggestions? I already tried both 5G and LTE on the Router, the results are the same.

It doesn't sound nice that you have download speed restrictions. Have you entered your address in Live Check and checked whether there is a fault or restrictions?

Yes, it shows that there are restrictions. Though it shows that LTE is okay, while I selected to use 4G network only.

it started about a week ago, and I am really considering to find out how to terminate the contract if the problem will not be solved within a few days.

I see that in 61352, Bad Homburg 5G is not available and that currently our LTE network has restriction, not a disturbance which our technicians can fix but rather network coverage issues.

Maybe you could give us a street running parallel to your address for us to have a closer look.
