I recently signed a new contract and in my tariff I should have 20Gb of internet and 5G access.
I checked in the O2 app and in online page that both options are enabled.
But, I am never getting the 5G connection, I was in a place with some friends that have the same contract and all of them were getting 5G, but my cellphone was not getting.
The cellphone is the new iPhone 13 that is compatible with 5G connections, I already checked the configuration in the cellphone and everything is normal.
My friend told me that he had to request access to 5G, but in my case I didn't do this because the new contract should have access already configured.
How can I proceed?
