Hello,

I am using the o2 my Home M (2020) which offers up to 50 Mbps speed. I have had the connection for over 2 years.

Everything used to be fine but in the last 2-3 days I have 130 ping and my speed from 50mbps dropped to 20.

I put the sim card in a smartphone and had the same problem. At the same time, my mobile connection that uses o2 network gets more than 80 Mbps in the same room. I did a factory reset as well. 

I live in Nuremberg, 90429.

It is always very annoying when the Internet does not work or when there are performance problems. It's good that you reached out to us.

I took a look at the network at your address; there are currently restrictions there due to maintenance work. You can check this in our Live Check. The maintenance work is scheduled to be completed on November 24th, 2023. I hope that reception will then improve significantly again
