Hello, 

I had one data package before and it was fully used so i purchased another one. Now after i charged my account with money it automatically restarted the 2 packages, while i wanted to restart one package and have some money in the account for next month. I am struggling with the German language so i don't know how do i cancel one package, and is there any chance to get a refund on one package that i don't need and have this funds in my o2 account?

I just have cancelled now the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L”. Your package “o2 my Prepaid S” is still active. 

 

As promised, I have given you a credit of 9,74 €.

    welcome to our English community. The issue that you describe can happen easily if you do not understand German so well. 

     

    But therefore, I am ready to help you. 

     

    At the moment, you have the package “o2 my Prepaid S” and the internet-package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” activated since 19th August 2020. 

     

    Which package would you like continue using? 

     

    Of course, we will deactivate the package that you do not want to use and give you a credit for that.

    I would very much like to continue with my original package "O2 my Prepaid S" and cancel out the second one.
