Hello dear O2 team, I signed a mobile phone contract (O2 Free L Boost) with you during the campaign period. In the meantime, my phone number has been ported successfully but the authorization for the € 100 change bonus is not displayed in my O2 app. Also the discount (20 x 5 €) was not yet stored on the second invoice. What do I still have to do to activate the discount or does it only apply at a later point in time? Thanks and best regards!

welcome to the community.

The discount will be active within four weeks after the activation of the contract. It’s active in your customer account, I guess it will be shown in your next invoice.

If this is not gonna happen, can you please send us a message here? Then we take a look into it if there are any issues.

I just got the invoice for the next moth and it's still not activated.

Hello dear @o2_Michi and O2 team, I have exactly the same problem. I signed a mobile phone contract (O2 Free M) on 10.01.2022 during the campaign period. Then my phone number has been ported on 27.01.2022 successfully. I asked for help and they said me to wait for the next invoice but the discount (20 x 5 €) is not yet stored on the second and the third invoices.

At the moment I can't look you up more precisely because you're not registered with us with your phone number.
However, there is the possibility that we can switch to private messages for the exchange of relevant information and legitimation. Should we do that accordingly? Then I will explain everything else to you.

We found an additional way to check you contract and to fix the missing discount issue.

From tomorrow on you have a 5 Euro discount for the next 20 month. 

You`ll find the discount on page two on your next invoice.
