I have taken new DSL connection, and activated on 03.03.2020. I am out of town for few months but my friend is staying at my home. She is trying to connect with wifi, tried all the way but couldn’t connect. She is new in town and doesn’t speak German. We have checked all the pdf, videos to connect on internet. Can you please send some technician to connect with wifi. I hope you will concider this.

How to connect a WiFi device to your routers Wi-Fi is described in its manual and in the manual of your Wi-Fi device. If you use a router provided by o2, you can find all manuals here:

An on-site technician who connects your Wi-Fi devices to the Wi-Fi of your DSL router is not included in the agreed scope of services of your o2 DSL contract.
Please note that you have to setup your VDSL router before first use. Otherwise you can connect your Wi-Fi devices to the routers Wi-Fi but you can’t get internet access because you haven’t set up your router with the line credentials.
