Will I lose service during home move

When I submit a request online to transfer my DSL service to my new apartment, will I still have DSL service in my old apartment until it is activated in the new place?

Hello @kris44 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you pllay for moving your DSL connection you can still use the connection at the “old” address up to the date that you entered for the connection to move :-)
