Why wasn't my O2 router pre-registered?

I ordered cable internet 3 weeks ago, fine it’s Germany everything moves at a snails pace, I accepted that.

I received the router from O2 and plugged it in prior to the activation date as I was instructed.

Now it turns out that the MAC address of the router - WHICH I GOT FROM O2 - was never registered with Vodafone.

Somehow y’all only figured it out after I called.

So now I have to wait “at least” another 24 hours before I have internet. Which I am already paying for.

Why does something always have to go wrong with you guys?
