Dear O2,
I have to move to a new place at 01.12.2021, I know I should apply for the UMZUNG 4weeks in previous.
I start to apply this online on 01.11.2021. But every time,when I come to the last step, O2 tells me there is a technical problem. I tried it every day, but the problem is always there. I can not understand.
Then, I call O2 service to help.(+49(0)89787979400), they tell me I could get an E-mail to confirm the information, I waited for 1 week, but I did not get any E-mail to confirm the information. So I called again, Also he told me, I could get the Mail this week, it is already Wednesday, I still get nothing.
I checked which day is available just now, it shows it is unavailable at 01.12.2021 already. I tried everything I could do. To be honest, I never have so terrible experience to order something in rule. I can not understand. If it is possible, I will cancel my contract right now, but I can not, you all know , O2, you can not cancel anthing right now. I called again ,you could see how much time I wasted on this thing.Unbelieveable!!!!!!! I did not get any confirmation today yet. I am still wating now. I can not believe it!!!!! By the way , IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD ENGLISH SERVIVR, PLEASE DOT GIVE THE INTERNET TO FOREIGNER!!!!!!!
