Dear O2 Team,
I transferred my DSL contract to somebody else and today when I checked my bank account I saw 33.50 Euro that O2 took from my account. My question is who is supposed to pay the take over costs? if I am supposed to pay : you have told me on phone that it will cost 29.99 Euro but you took 33.50 Euro from my account.
please have a look at this problem and I will be happy. I can no longer log in with my username that I was using before that DSL owner change.

If you hand over the contract to another person, the fee for this process has to be paid by the new contract owner. And indeed the amount of the fee has been changed since October 2020. Right now it is 34,99 EUR.
We can arrange a shipping of the invoice by post if your account online is already closed.
