Hi,

 

I ordered my HomeSpot Sim card on 27 October, it has been “in auslieferung” since 30th October, and it is still not delivered to me. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Did you order the contract and simcard together with a router or was it just the contract and the simcard? While delivery can take a few days, as it was ordered more than a week ago that is a long time for it to still be “on its way”.

I ordered just the contract and the sim card - no router. Indeed I am a bit surprised as I would’ve expected it within 3-5 days normally. Do you have a suggestion of what I should do?
