Dear O2 customer representative,

 

my O2 DSL subscription started on 28.11.2022

A month has already passed, but my Rechnung tab is still empty. I also have O2 direct debit authorization, so payment should be automatic.

 

Can you please tell me when will the first payment be done?

The invoice amount will be debited approximately one week after the invoice date. The invoice is issued approx. 4 days after the end of the billing period. You will be notified by e-mail when a new bill is available in "Mein o2".

Regarding your question about the bill. This is always created about a week after the end of the billing run. Since you haven't received one yet, I assume that the invoice will be issued at the beginning of this week.
