Hi my Internet was activated in 10.12.2024 after I shifted from old address to new one .you guys made me wait like 3 weeks before that I wanted to end my contract .you said I cannot but after I said fine I will shift this Internet to my new address you just made me wait for three weeks after that as well .There is no access .I have been calling you again and again since 11.12 .2024 to know about the issue but you guys cannot reply my one question " what is wrong with my Internet of it is my problem I will do what I need to if it is your problem tell me how long will it take "  O2 is big company in Germany but still you guys failed to satisfy one customer like me.

Just to activate the Internet I had to wait three weeks and then also it doesn't work .

I am sending you picture of my router and coax connection hoping to get it solved within this Saturday but seriously I have loosed all the hope from o2 side I don't know why I did come to you guys for internet .

 

Please please solve my issue 

i have been tired of buying data packs time and again .

Three weeks is quite normal for a new internet connection.

The picture shows your cable connected to a satellite socket. Does your apartment actually have a cable connection?


Isn't that cable  if it is not then I need to get the adapter for fritzbox?

 


Is it for the cable one right?


try it. If Power/Cabel is always on that would be a good sign.


That looks like a cable TV and radio socket. What is missing is the socket for data. But try it and see.


There is no place for the coax cable to get connected to it .I guess I need a adapter for that that I can connect my coax cable from fritzbox to tv


You are sure that there is a cable connection in your apartment?


There is one connection from unity media .as I went to see in the keller

Up to three weeks for a move of a broadband/cable conenction to happen is indeeed a rather normal timeframe, but when the internet is then not running, it is a big disappointment.

Yes, a two hole cable socket does need a multimedia adapter. Good also you went and had a look in the cellar, Unity Media became part of Vodafone, which then means if you have your router from us the adapter will be included with the router when it is send for new activation, but with a move and if the move happened without a technician you will be without the multimedia adapter which is necessary.

Could the colleagues in the meantime organise for a multimedia adapter to be sent to you?
