Did you get the offer via mail?
Our offers on www.o2online.de are for new contracts.
If you would book one of these, you would have 2 contracts in the end.
An offer for a contract extention can be made at 6 months of remaining contract period and is send to you via mail usually.
When you want to upgrade your contract the fee would be written in the offer. Normally there is no fee when you want to upgrade your tariff.
The HomeBox 3 can be used together with the o2 my Home XXL so you dont need to replace the router.
If you want to we can make you an offer for a contract extension when you are at 6 months of remaining contract period.

Yes, i decided to talk to a customer representative yesterday regarding the manner. Apparently i wouldn't be granted the offer until i had a mobile contract or some sorts? Still confusing as to why initially i received a call from a German representative with the offer in hand. Odd, but nothing to do but let it go at this point. Thank you guys for your engagement
