I have the O2 My home S Plus (16MBits/s Download and 2.4 Mbits/s Upload). The speed is very slow, after testing it, the results are 2.82 Mbits/s Download and 1.71 Mbits/s Upload. I am very insatisfied with my Internet speed. I do not know how to solve this. If I won’t be able to have a decent speed I would have to cancel my contract.

I have checked your connection, i am afraid that the current speed is the maximium you can get at your address.
Your landline is connected via an ADSL Port, which is limited via a fixed setting to 5632kbit downstream, this is a theoretical number,
which adds up under real circumstances to your current download speed around 3 Mbit via Wifi
