Vertragsinhaberwechsel / taking over internet contract

Hello, i want to take over my internet contract to other person.

4weeks before we tried the process.

The person who wants to have the contract filled the form and waited but he didn’t received nothing from O2.

So around 1week before we did same process but this time he can not click the ‘Anfrage stellen’ at the end.

I called the customer center many times but they can not fix this problem.

I also wrote an email to O2 but no reply until now.

How can i take over my internet contract to other person?

Can i do that with email? not with the website?

 


 

Hallo, ich möchte meinen Internetvertrag an eine andere Person weitergeben.

4Wochen vorher haben wir den Prozess versucht.

Die Person, die den Vertrag haben möchte, hat das Formular ausgefüllt und gewartet, aber er hat nichts von O2 erhalten.

Also haben wir vor ca. 1 Woche den gleichen Vorgang gemacht, aber dieses Mal konnte er die 'Anfrage stellen' am Ende nicht anklicken.

Ich habe das Kundencenter mehrmals angerufen, aber sie können das Problem nicht lösen.

Ich habe auch eine E-Mail an O2 geschrieben, aber bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten.

Wie kann ich meinen Internetvertrag auf eine andere Person übertragen?
Kann ich das per E-Mail machen? nicht über die Website?

unfortunately you are still not registered with customer data. Here is a guide on how to do this:Registrierung für die o2 Community | O₂ Community (o2online.de)

This is a public forum. Therefore, please remove the customer number from your personal data in your profile. Anyone can see this.

Unfortunately, there is currently an error that prevents you from sending the order for the change of contract holder. Sorry, we are working on getting it working again soon.

If it didn't work with the hotline, try the chat so that they can send you the form by email: https://www.o2.de/kundenservice-chat

Wende dich an den Kundenservice, die können dir ein pdf Formular per E-Mail zusenden.

Thank you for welcoming me.

I updated my personal data.

I contacted hotline but couldn’t find a way with hotline.

 

If it is possible to have a private communication I can hand over all the data required.

 

I have same problem with this person,
