Vertragsinhaberwechsel nicht behandelt

Hello,

my friend applied to transfer his DSL-contract to me and I filled the “Vertragsinhaberwechsel Formular” on 18.01.2021. However, I didn’t receive any kind of message informing me whether it succeeded until 04.02.2021 and so we applied again. But still up to now, neither of us have been informed with the result. I wonder if the application of this transfer works now?

Hello @kleinHao and welcome to our o2 community :-)

In order to transfer an existing DSL contract to another person all necessary steps can be takane by the current contract holder in the Mein o2 area.

If neither you nor your friend recieved any information I frecommend he gets in touch with our DSL departement so they can have a look into this :-)
