Hello @Hanul Jang and welcome to our o2 community :-)
It may take up to 24 hours on the day that the contract ownership changes from the old to the new owner until the route and the DSL connection is usable. How does it look like now? Is the connection up and running as it should? :-)
After the ownership has changed you will be informed via email and you will be able to change settings or your bank account online.
If you say there is a problem with your account, what exactly are you talking about? Is there an error regarding the account itself?
Regards,
Lars
I received a confirmation email from Auftrag zum Vertragsinhaberwechsel on July 22, 2020.
In this e-mail, there was a message that my contract had been successfully completed. This email contained my VoIP-PIN number and other details. And a few days later, I received an e-mail related to Haben wir Ihre korrekte E-Mail-Adresse. However, it was not possible to proceed with a message indicating a technical defect. At this time, I was in Korea, not Germany, and it wasn't until September 6th that I came home and tried to run the router, but it keeps failing. o2 I diagnosed through DSL Service Suite, but only a message stating that activation is not possible. o2 dsl internet-verbindung erforgreich message appears, but it doesn't seem to be activated. And the message das netz wurde nicht erkannt appears on the homebox.
What should I do?
Hello @Hanul Jang,
please try the following: Press the reset button on he router for at least 20 to 30 seconds and wait for it to restart. After this, please access the router and try toi enter the VoIP PIN that you recieved from us.
If you either can not enter it or the router does not connect to the internet, please contact our technical DSL departement so they can have a look into this. IF you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
You will find the phone number to reach our DSL team under step three on our page with tipps for the DSL connection.
Regards,
Lars
