@gzazo I think you use a Fritzbox 7590 with firmware 7.50. If yes, please switch to the previous dsl driver. In the current is still a bug the sync problem in the upload. For me and other user help this.

It can been happen, that it take some days before ASSIA upgraded your upload again.

I have the same hardware but another model (7583 VDSL). I have already used the old DSL version and I had 46000 instead of 42000 from the new DSL version, but in the first days of January Telekom made the maximum speed of my o2 port in the DSLAM 110000 / 37000

I don't understand this ….

And from yesterday the downlink Synch is 100000 instead of 110000. I don’t understand why they are limiting the DSL too low ….

Is this a new strategy ?

@gzazo ASSIA downgraded you because of line problems or the Fritzbox have to often powered off/on. Are DTU errors displayed in the Fritzbox?

Yes, unfortunately 1500-2000 DTU errors the latest 15 minutes . That was from the beginning . I told this to the field engineer (from Telekom) who came for the first activation but he didn't care.

@gzazo Did you use Power Line Adapter in your apartment? How looks your phone socket connector from inside? Can you provide picture from inside?

Today the Fritz got the new 7.50 update with new DSL driver but unfortunately the synchronization is limited again to 100000 downlink and 37000 uplink. This is not normal …

Hi @gzazo 

I agreed with Joe that Assia DLM has intervened here.

If there is no interruption in the next 14 days you will be automatically upgraded by the system and the upload should be back to 40 Mbit.

Therefore, please avoid switching off or restarting the Fritzbox, because the 14 day period starts again from the beginning after a restart.
