Now I want to upgrade my DSL contract. Can you tell me what to do?

Thanks for the reply. In the price list document I can see the price for "my Home L" is €34.99 monthly. But as per the current offer from o2 web page it is €24.99.

 

So can you please clarify, after the upgrade which price I should pay monthly? €24.99 or €34.99?

This is not true, as the o2 website does not offer any o2 DSL rate changes at all. 
Only new o2 DSL connections can be ordered via the o2 online store.
You can only receive the combination discount if you are an o2 mobile customer and have an o2 mobile contract under the same customer number that entitles you to the combination discount. If the requirements are not met, you will not be able to receive a combination discount. For details see (PDF docoment!):

Hi @blablup,

I’ve mobile contract with the same customer number (I guess). But I am not sure if I am already anjoying combination advantage for my mobile contract or not. I bought DSL contract first, after that I bought mobile contract. 

I assume if I am using a combination discount for my mobile contract already then I am not going to get DSL combination discount, right?

Please clarify. Also, if possible, can you please check if my mobile contract already using combination discount or not? I hope you can find all the information under my current customer account.
