Updating my Account

I have exactly the same problem. In fact O2 keeps sending me emails asking me to add my personal details to my account, but I go to the website and  the link they send doesn’t work, and I see absolutely nowhere to add my details like contact phone number, etc. Why is this so hard?  ;-)

I have exactly the same problem. O2 sends me emails to add personal information, but that link is broken and does not work. I go to the site to try and enter manually and can’t find anywhere to enter personal information. Very frustrating.

 

I have a DSL contract and logged in there as you suggest above - still doesn’t work

OK so I have the same problem but it is because I am totally registered in Luxembourg. I live in Germany but work in Luxembourg. I don’t see the need to switch my whole Google account to Germany just to get O2 app, I have so many things registered in Luxembourg as I previously lived there.

Is there any way to receive the O2 APK app file to download bypassing Google app store?  This is very limiting.

Hello @AdamLux ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

If you can’t access the link from the email that you’ve received, then I’d assume that you haven’t registered your contract yet for mein o2. Log out of the account that you are using to access the community and then register your DSL contract. After that you’ll have full access to your mein o2 page and can enter the requested contact information.

And please, don’t spread your issue and as such also important information concerning your issue across multiple threads, this is not helpful.

Sorry Sven I only did twice as it matched a previous thread and if you read 2 of the posts they are for different things completely.

An app is not necessary. You can also simply use "Mein o2" on the o2 website. This is possible worldwide on any device with a web browser.

have you tried accessing “Mein o2” through a browser as suggested? Where you able to complete your profile that way?
