Hi,

 

I currently have O2 my Home M Flex (2020) which is 50M DSL connection, I would like to update this to the current O2 my Home M Flex that is 100M according to your webpage. I have checked that 100M is possible in my address. Is this possible from this forum, as I read somewhere that one cannot just upgrade in mein 02 by myself?

 

As another question, I nowdays use my own fritzbox, so the o2 provided homebox just sits unsused gathering dust. I think I am still paying rent for that homebox. If I return the homebox (I did find Rücksendeportal), it will only cancel the homebox rent not the whole internet contract, right? I can do this at any time without disruption to my dsl?

You don’t have to “think” if you pay or not, you can read it in the invoice.

Yes and yes.

we can change your DSL contract to the higher bandwidth, and yes you can’t start that process through your mein o2 on your own. As we send out our offers by email, please check that you’ve got a current emailadress listed there.
Concerning your other questions I can’t really add anything as blablup already answered those.
