I am a O2 client since last May (O2 my Home M Flex) and I would like to send my notice period by the end of this month as I will leave my flat (and Germany) at the end of April.
I am a bit stuck with the process to follow. I have not been able to register so far to the Mein O2 portal as I do not have a PKK which is mandatory to do so and I do not have a full Festnetznummer as this can only be retrieved through the portal. I checked the documents/emails I received from O2 and the only information I have got are my Mobilfunknummer and my Kundennummer.
Hence I was wondering what are the next steps to take. It seems that the notice period can also be sent by mail, yet a Rufnummer is required and I do not have one either.
