The customer was informed of the telephone number belonging to the connection in writing by letter and/or in text form by e-mail in the form of the o2 order confirmation.
It can also be found in the operating menu of AVM Fritzbox or o2 Homebox.
A mobile phone number is assigned for mobile services such as o2 my Home via LTE.
Alternatively, the customer number can also be stated instead of the phone number in the termination notice, provided that the termination letter clearly states which contract is to be terminated. Please do not forget to sign the letter.
If you have received a router from o2, please do not forget to send it back to o2. The return shipment must be made from Germany. Taking o2's property abroad is not permitted.

Thank you for your help!
Are you referring to the Mobilfunknummer or the Rufnummer ? Only the first one was sent by O2 in the order confirmation. As I have got a LTE router, I do not have access to AVM Fritzbox or o2 Homebox, yet only to O2 HomeSpot which does not have this info available.
I believe I will go for a termination letter with my Kundennummer. As I am still in Germany, I will bring back the router to a local store.
o2 my Home via LTE is a mobile communications product, so a mobile telephone number (Mobilfunk-Rufnummer) is assigned for such contracts. That is normal and no fault.
To return the rental device, please use the returns portal and take the package to a DHL parcel store (in Germany) using the shipping label provided by the portal.

Hello @o2_Lars,
My notice letter was received by the Kundenbetreuung last Friday, yet I have not been notified by email/mail that my notice was confirmed by O2.
As tomorrow is theoretically my last day to send my notice, I would like to be sure that everything is ok.
Shall I send you my details in private so that you can inquire on your end and clarify?
Thank you in advance
Best wishes,
Mathis
Hello @mathislg, please excuse the delay in my answer.
Has everything regarding your cancelation maybe already been resolved? Even though a confirmation is not strictly necessary in most cases you should recieve some kind of confirmation within a short period of time.

Lars

Hello @mathislg,
I’d have a look into your data but unfortunately it seems the email that you are using in our community is not used in your contract daat in our database. :-/
If you want me to verify that the cancelation has arrived and will be taken care of just leave a note in this thread, I then will get in touch with you :-)
Regards,
Lars
Hello @o2_Lars,
Yes, this is a throwaway account as I am not able to register with the one I used for my contract. Here is how the actual looks, you only need to add the hyphen of my last name:
m****s.l*****t-g****r@laposte.net
I would be really grateful if you are able to send me my PKK as well.
Best wishes,
Mathis
