I move to new home and want to move my internet. (By the way I was not using my internet since it was extended automatically from last December.)
so i went to Umzug page to write Formular but it says “Ihr Auftrag ist noch in Bearbeitung. Dies kann in Einfällen bis zu 48 Stunden dauern” for more than 1 week. Do i have to wait more? Or is there any problem with Umzug website?
