Hello,

I will move from Cologne to Hamburg on 6th July and I would like to arrange transfer of my Internet & Festnetz (DSL).

I am not able to register an Umzug in MeinO2 because the page reports an error.  I have tried several times to reach the Kundenhotline, but always get the message “Dieser service steht leider nicht zu Verfügung”.  I don’t know what else to do.  This is really terrible service.

Any advice on how to reach somebody at O2?

Thank you.  I tried both the Kunden-Hotline and the Bestell-Hotline and had the same problem.  I didn’t know there was an English hotline, that’s very helpful, I will try that!

Why? As explicitly described on the contact page, the “Bestell-Hotline” is for non-o2 customers who want to order an o2 product for the first time. This is obviously not the case for you and a call to the order hotline is obviously wrong. 


@Nickname2021 Good to hear.  Just one thing.  A dsl move should normally be requested 4 weeks in advance.  A new DSL connection in Germany takes at least 2 weeks or actually 3 weeks. Best regards and a nice weekend.

If you want to move to a new location in most cases your landline connection can move with you. As @Joe Doe already stated it is best to plan in advance and inform us either via phone or via our online portal about the new address that you want to use your DSL connection in the future.

Were you already able to get in touch with our customer service and have all steps been taken so your connection can move with you as soon as possible? :-)
