I am trying for the last couple of weeks to apply online about transfer of dsl to a new apartment to no success. It always says technical problem, try later. I tried calling the hotline number and was able to talk to an operator and told her my request. She told me to wait, i’ve waited for 10 minutes but the line was cut off. Is there any other way to request for the transfer? I’m moving this month and i cant for the life of request it for the last 2 weeks because of technical problem. Thank you.

Hello @Ez Mil ,

that message within your mein o2 usually happens when the contract in question isn’t registered. So please check if your landline number has already been registered. If that isn’t the case, then please continue the process and afterwards login with the DSL contract. Afterwards it should be no issue to setup the move.
