HI ,
I ordered o2 connected for my home . in October 2023. and for first activation appointment was for 13novmeber but due to technical issues it didn't go as planned.
later I was said my next appointment is scheduled 23rd November 2023 later without notifying It was switched to 29th November 2023. I work from home and neither o2 is helping nor Telekom as o2 is depended on Telekom to activate my line.
well in this situation I would like to terminate my contract as it has not even activated . can some one tell me how to do it.
