Router Type?

Cable, DSL, Mobil connection?

And WiFI connect is a shared connection with all you neighbors…

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

We’d be happy to try and help you with your internet issues, but as schluej already pointed out, for that it would be very helpful if you gave us a bit more information. That way we can find out if there is an issue with the DSL connection itself or if it is maybe the WiFi Connection between the router and your mobile phone that is causing issues.
