The Wi-Fi is connected, but the internet is not working.

Hallo, I made a payment two days ago through the bank because the bill was overdue, but the internet still isn't working. The internet light on the router is green (blinking). What could be the problem? 

My router is o2 Homebox 6741

Depends on the time between the overdue and the payment.

The minimum time are 48h, if it is DSL and the lane has  switch off then a technischen is needed…

Hello @Arahan89 ,

a bank transfer usually takes some time to be booked on our end. Once that has happened the line should be reopened within 48 hours if it was barred before. So it could very well just be a case of you having to wait a little while longer.
