I'm sorry that there seem to be technical problems with your internet connection. This is of course really annoying, especially with a new connection, and I can understand your displeasure.
Our employees had already taken up a ticket for our technicians, unfortunately you had not responded to our text message regarding an appointment with a technician. The ticket was therefore closed after a few days.
In the meantime you have already submitted a notice of termination.
How would you like to proceed now, should our employees continue with troubleshooting? Then please contact us again by phone. Otherwise, the contract will be terminated on April 22, 2023.

Good afternoon! Yes, I have been contacted by your technician and we have found a solution. I then received an email on how to renew the contract, but the link is not working. Can you please give me an email address with whom I can discuss/confirm again?

we do not have an emailaddress that you could use to contact us, instead you can use the “Kontaktformular” if you’d like to write to us about something. You can of course also ask here if you’d like.
