you should be able to find all the information you need in the FAQ that Bollermann already linked in her post. Maybe the only thing to add here is that you can also start the cancellation process online instead of sending everything by letter. If you do need any further support, please let us know.

can you please confirm whether I will be charged 3 months basic charge or 1 month ?
also I can fill the form now, but I can provide the documents in feb only, as I do deregistration now, I will lose my Health Insurance and few other things.. will that be okay ?

When you have send all documents completely the contract ends 1 month later.
in that case, I will proceed with normal cancellation at end of my contract.. can you please guide me to the process documentation of normal cancellation of contract at the end of contract period

if the contract ends in early April and not August as one might think, then you can of course also go that route. To cancel the contract you can then go the same way as before, either write your cancellation and send it to the address that is listed in the FAQ, or follow the steps with the online process. Just that you state that it’s going to be regular cancellation at the end of the contracts duration.
