Hello,

I made a contract (O2 Home M 100) on 25/09/2024.

My customer number is: XXXXXX
My contract number is: XXXXXX

On 26.09. I had a phone call with O2 customer service in which I asked to cancel my contract. The employee said that he had cancelled my contract and that I would receive the cancellation within 1-2 days.

It has now been 4 days and I have not yet received the cancellation confirmation. Is there anyway to receive this confirmation for termination, so that I dont have to stress about it?

Can you tell till when I can expect the confirmation?


an automatic confirmation of receipt comes immediately. Confirmation of the revocation takes a few days.

Your contract will be cancelled within short, I have also ordered a confirmation for you via E-Mail.

Were you not satisfied with the offer or why did you not want the contract after all?

I have received the confirmation for cancellation, even though the “Auftragsnummer” is different in the Email than the one it shows in the portal.

 

The reason for cancellation is a really long story involving Telekom. Long story short, somehow they ended up providing me the internet (which I ordered through check24 on 27.07), despite saying the DSL connection wasn’t available in my area. That is why I intend to continue using their services since finally I have a working connection. Absolutely nothing against O2.

that is a little confusing indeed. The number in the confirmation is the order number.

However, the cancellation is for the contract no. ...7281B, everything is okay.

I can understand that you want to stay with Telekom. Maybe you will come to us at a later date 😀
