why do you want to get a new contract? You could change your current contract if you want to do so.

welcome to our community. If you cancel the old contract and sign a new one there will be an interruption. It takes up to four weeks until the appointment with the technician happens. What exactly was the reason why it is impossible to change the current contract to a different tariff? Maybe we can assist you?
