Hallo,

I have an ADSL contract with O2 and I have bought a Fritzbox 7360 in substitution of o2 Homebox 2.

All the connections have been done. Internet works without problems, but I can’t use the Festnetz phone. The telefone has been properly configured. If I go in Ubersicht of my Fritzbox options, I can see that Internet is active, but not Telefonie (Keine rufnummer Aktiv).

Please, can you help me??

@Bea_Bea the 7360 is very old and and EOS. TR-069 from o2 is not supported by the 7360. You need Firmware Version 7.01 or higher.

you must configure your sip account by hand in the Fritzbox.

Have you get the Sip username and password from you „mein o2“ service portal.

You already recieved some useful tipps from @Joe Doe, so how does it look like now? Is everything up and running as it should? Or do you have some questiones that we can answer? :-)
