Hi Moderators,

I have a couple questions about my DSL plan.

  1. I would like to change my DSL plan. However, I could not upload the proof of being a young man and also the “Tarife Details” is always“ Aus technischen Gründen können Ihre Daten derzeit nicht vollständig geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut.”
  2. I would like to switch my plan to “O2 my Home L für Junge Leute”, could you please give me a hand?

I'm glad to read that you were able to resolve your issue through our colleagues in the chat.
For our customers who also clicked on this post with their questions: you no longer need to upload proof for the young people rate. If you have ordered the Young People plan and the contract partner is 28 years old or younger, the discount will be set up for you automatically. This discount cannot be granted retroactively and is possible when you renew your contract.
The tariff change for DSL contracts is currently not available online but our colleagues on the hotline, in the chat and of course we are happy to help with the tariff change.
