I wanted to change my dsl tarrif from the my home M, to the my home XL. Can you help me?

Please make sure that your own router supports VDSL2 supervectoring. With normal VDSL2 vectoring modems otherwise your maximum speed will be limited to about 100 Mbit/s.

Your contract will be changed/transformed into the new tariff. Your old tariff ends automatically on the day of the tariff change, when the new tariff starts.

I have ordered now the tariff-change into the tarif “o2 my Home XL” for you.

 

The tariff-change will take place on 19th May 2020. You will be informed by e-mail about the exact date.

 

Pursuant to the decree of transparency I need to inform you about our tariff leaflets which you can download here: http://g.o2.de/travo. There you'll find all details of the product listed.

 

I would like to use this opportunity to suggest to you still a better offer if you extend your contract from now on for further 24 months.

 

Concerning this offer, I have just sent an e-mail to you.
