Hello,

I took over a DSL connection contract from a previous flat tenant and now trying to register in the O2 site to get my billing info but no success. I try Register → I am a DSL customer → filled all fields with and then   got an error ‘You have entered an invalid personal customer code (PKK) !’ I’ve enter a PKK (4 digits) from my paper 02 contract. Any ideates with that issue?

Does the “persönliche Kundenkennzahl” that you found belong to the DSL contract or do you maybe also have another contract with o2? In that case these two could have different “PKK”.

I have only one DSL contact and there is only one 4 digit PKK. What else could be the root cause?

Unfortunately, I can only guess why the customer code is not recognized. But the contract transfer is already complete, isn't it?
Our English-speaking hotline can send you the customer code by letter, alternatively you can use this form to apply for a new PKK.
